Le pointeur laser rouge a pour principale fonction :

- de définir un point de démarrage du laser sur la pièce à marquer, découper ...

- de simuler un travail en suivant son tracé grâce au pointeur rouge

Le driver des lasers LTT se présente le laser comme une driver d'imprimante. Il est ainsi possible de piloter le laser simplement à partir de tous les logiciels graphiques (Coreldraw, Autocad, Inkscape ...). Plusieurs modes sont disponibles : normal, tampon, photographique, gravure 3D ...

Convivial et tout en français il est simple d'emploi.

Nos lasers, à partir de 60 w, sont équipés de tubes laser avec un corps en céramique. Contrairement aux tubes métalliques et aux tubes verres, le gaz actif n'est pas en contact avec des éléments métalliques. Le tube a ainsi une durée de vie améliorée, une meilleure stabilité thermique avec pour résultante un faisceau plus fin et plus pur.

 

Disponible et ajustable sur chaque optique, le jet d'air permet de réduire l entretien de la machine en évitant le dépôt de poussières sur les optiques et permet d'éviter la production d'une flamme sur la matière.

L'autofocus permet de régler automatiquement la hauteur de la table du laser pour garantir la bonne concentration (focalisation) du faisceau laser.

Le palpeur de l'autofocus "touche" la matière puis ajuste la table automatiquement selon la lentille utilisée.

La série des I Laser est pourvue d'un guidage de très haute précision avec deux systèmes de codage de position : bande de codage électro magnétique et servo moteur.

Gage de précision et de vitesse nos capteurs travaillent avec des vitesses de plus de 3 m/sec et 6 G d'accélération.

Les lasers sont équipés d'un éclairage à Led afin de bien visualiser toute la zone de travail lors des travaux de gravure / découpe.

La table de découpe nid d'abeille (table alvéolée) permet de réduire les traces de brulures en découpe en limitant les points de contacts de la matière.

Le pupitre de commande des lasers est muni de pictogrammes explicites garantissant la simplicité d'utilisation de la machine.

Un interrupteur à clés permet d'actionner le tube laser.

L'arrêt d'urgence est disposé sur le dessus de la machine pour accès facile.

Afin d'augmenter les possibilités de gravure et découpe nos lasers sont équipés de table traversante. Il est possible d'ouvrir les portes latérales pour passer des matières de plus grande taille que le laser.

Exemples : gravure d'une porte, d'un fusil, d'un batôn de marche.
