Directly print on almost any media

with EAGLE UV range

Printing thickness of 250 mm, that can be extended up to 450 mm on request, allows to print on thick materials.

The machine is able to detect printed part thickness and avoid collisions that could damage  the printing head.

Wing-shaped profile.

The innovative wing design of Eagle printers allows easy access to the printing table, even during printing process.

This allows the table to be reloaded  while  the machine is printing, and to load materials larger than the table.

New printing head generation

New printing heads have better performances and longer life thanks to a mirror treatment avoiding ink deposits and preventing nozzle clogging.

They can generate variable  size points, improving significantly performance and  partly color gradients.

New UV Lamps

Eagle UV printers are equipped with two power adjustable and water cooled UV Led lamps to dry inks.

With this technology, printed product is ready for use without further treatment.

Ink system

Printers use a pressurized ink system, with constant recirculation of white ink to the head.

This prevents ink deposits and air bubble formation in the circuit, reducing down-time and maintenance costs.

Dedicated Rip software: Whiterip

Printers are equipped with professional White RIP software featuring  specific functions to increase production and reduce ink consumption, including :

- online printing (white/color/gloss) / automatic white base
- printing with template management
- 3D effect relief printing
- Head pressure control (distance)

Several techniques can be used for printing objects : pad printing, screen printing, sublimation, offset, ... UV digital printing is one that has many technical advantages and few drawbacks.

Pad printing, screen printing, offset  require intermediatel processing steps (production of film, screen, cliché, plate ...) resulting in additional handling and costs that do no exist in UV printing.

Pad printing, screen printing, offset are meant for serial production, not for single part or small series due to the  significant cost of screen, cliche...  that amortizes on the number of parts. With UV digital printing, no intermediate step is necessary. Printing is direct.

Pad printing, screen printing, ...  mainly use inks with solvents that need some time to evaporate. Printed parts cannot be used immediatly. In UV printing, ink is  immediately polymerized by a  UV LED lamp. Printed products can be used without delay.
