L'épaisseur d'impression de 250 mm, extensible jusqu'à 450 mm sur demande, permet aux imprimantes d'imprimer des matériaux très volumineux.

Les imprimantes sont capables de détecter la hauteur de l'objet en évitant les collisions susceptibles d'endommager la tête d'impression.

Profil en forme l'Aile

La conception innovante des ailes de L'Eagle permet un accès facile à la table d'impression, même en cours d'impression.

Cela permet de recharger la table lorsque l'imprimante est en cours de travail et de charger des matériaux plus grands que la table.

Nouvelle génération de tête

Les nouvelles têtes d'impression ont une meilleure performance et durent plus longtemps, grâce au traitement miroir pour éviter le dépôt d'encres et l'obstruction des buses d'impression.

Elles peuvent générer des points variable améliorant significativement la performance et en particulier les dégradés.

Nouvelles Lampes UV

Les Eagles sont équipées de deux lampes UV Ld, réglables en puissance et refroidies par circulation d'eau, pour sécher l'encre.

Grâce à cette technologie, le matériau est prêt à être utilisé immédiatement après l'impression, sans un autre traitement.

Système d'encre

Les imprimantes utilisent un système d'encre sous pression, avec une recirculation constante de l'encre blanche jusqu'à la tête.

Cela évite la formation de dépots et la formation de bulles dans le circuit, réduisant les temps d'arrêt et les coûts de maintenance.

Les imprimantes sont équipées d'un logiciel professionnel RIP White RIP incluant des fonctions spécifiques pour augmenter la production et réduire la consommation d'encre parmi lesquelles :

- impression en ligne (blanc/couleur/vernis) / Sous couche blanc automatique

- impression avec gestion de gabarits

- Impression en relief avec effet 3D

- Gestion de la pression de la tête (distance)
