Mark, engrave, track

your products with our fiber lasers

With more than 20 years of experience in galvanometric lasers, our partner,  Portlaser, develops their own galvanometric heads from  best components on the market: mirrors, high performance motors, controller.

Resulting equipment combines performance (speed and precision) and reliability (more than 100,000 hours MTBF rate) for a competitive price.

Depending on your application, our lasers can be equipped with several types of lens,  determining  working surface and  spot size.

The smaller marking size is, the more spot is concentrated and the more laser  will "attack" processed material.

A red pointer is available as standard on all machines. It simulates the laser path through a visible red spot and ensures precise positioning of marking on the processed part.

Our machines are equipped with Marking Mate software. Efficient for piloting industrial applications, it is very user-friendly for operator.

Mark Pro 3 version is a Class 1  closed  station.

It is however possible to engrave larger pieces when opening the side doors. Operator needs to work with protective glasses and the laser turns to Class 2.

Pendulum table makes work easier for operator. Processed part is placed on the drawer. It is detected and automatically moved to the marking area. Once processed, it comes out to be replaced by a new one.

The workstation is delivered complete with PC and software.

On Pro Max-I model, fiber laser unit is assembled on a frame equipped  with a 2, 3, 4, 6-position turning table including separation walls.

Production rate is greatly increased : one part is engraved, while previous one is removed and new one is loaded. Other positions can be used for other operations.

The galvanometric head of Fiber Max Pro XY laser is assembled on two X and Y axes.

The laser can engrave a 220 x 220 mm section , then head is automatically moved to the next section.

Important advantage of sectional engraving is to allow large surface marking: 1000 x 500 mm.

Rotary tool is used to rotate cylindric parts, allowing to engrave around or inside the cylinder.

It is commonly used in jewelry business.
